How to Subscribe

Thank you for visiting pixels2Pages.net.  To become a subscriber, contact your Creative Memories consultant or visit Creative Memories to order your 90-day subscription.  You must be a resident of the United States or Canada to purchase a subscription.

We invite you to Like us on Facebook and post your completed pages inspired by a pixels2Pages idea or training resource.

  • Subscriptions may be purchased from your Creative Memories consultant’s personal website or from www.creativememories.com.
  • Use this path: Shop Online > Digital Solutions > Software > Software Training > pixels2Pages, or click here for the direct link.
  • Both the Order Confirmation email (sent from Creative Memories) and the email containing activation code(s) and instructions for activating (also sent from Creative Memories) will be sent to the email address the purchaser enters on the order.
  • Please double-check to make sure that the email address listed on the order is correct.  If you do not receive the email with the activation code shortly after receiving the order confirmation email, it generally means the email address was incorrectly entered.
  • All subscriptions must be activated within THIRTY (30) DAYS of purchase, but we suspect you’ll want to do it right away!

    Do I only view your site threw my Creative Memories web site?

    Betty, you cannot view pixels2Pages.net from your CM website. You must log into the pixels2Pages.net website (home page, left side > Log In/Log Out) and then you will have access to the site. It looks like you are logged in already since you were able to comment here. Is there something you are not able to view?

    I am resubscribing and already purchased the credit. Where do I enter the new code since I’m already a member?

    You won’t want to activate your new subscription until your old one runs out. For those people who purchased subscriptions on October 1, 2011 (our first day), the day to renew is December 30. We will send reminder emails to each subscriber about two weeks before your subscription expires. We do not recommend that you purchase a new subscription before then, since it must be activated within 30 days. Each ‘renewed’ subscription is really a separate NEW subscription – at this time there is not a way to automatically renew and have a seamless subscription period without overlaps or gaps. We suggest that at the time you get the renewal reminder, you purchase a new subscription, and then activate it as soon as you can no longer access the website.

    I don’t understand how to resubscribe. I purchased a renewal and have the activation code. I have to set up a new account user id and password every time I resubscribe??

    No Jennifer. Your user ID and password are still active. Here are the directions for renewing. Note that you must log out of pixels2Pages first.

    • Log out of pixels2Pages
    • Refer to the email from Creative Memories containing the activation code for your recently purchased subscription
    • Click the link to the registration page
    • Enter the activation code (even if you’ve already done this) followed by your user name and password
    • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions

    Please email info@pixels2Pages.net if you are still having problems.

    I purchased the renewal to my subscription on Feb.7 and did not receive an activation code. I have receipt of the purchase sent to my email and it is also viewable in my order history on the CM website. I never received a reminder that my subscription would expire soon. I was able to log in to the website, but did not have access to tutorials or blueprint. Please direct me as to whom I should contact regarding obtaining the activation code. THanks!

    Could you please send your order confirmation email to info@pixels2Pages.net? The activation code email would have come from Creative Memories, but we can find it for you if you can get us your order number. Please add ‘customerservice@pixels2Pages.net’ to your contact or safe sender list so that expiration reminder emails don’t bounce back or get treated as junk or spam. It sounds like your subscription has expired if you are logged in but cannot access the subscription portion of the site. We’ll get you back online shortly!
