Expect the Unexpected …
Life has a funny way of throwing things your way when you least expect it. In November last year I set a goal to walk every day and start eating better. I was going along beautifully and feeling fabulous and then it was my birthday and it all went out the window!

Day2Day Review: A Fan’s Perspective

There are new words, phrases and sayings – even old words that suddenly have a whole new meaning! I’ve learnt about other family traditions and I have also learnt about the holidays that are celebrated in our various parts of the world. I have always known about Halloween and Thanksgiving but have only recently come to learn when they actually are and what they are all about!
