Rabbit, Rabbit

Rabbit, Rabbit, y’all!  Have you ever wondered why this blog post, which always posts on the first of each month, is called Rabbit, Rabbit?  If so, you are not alone!  The tradition of saying “Rabbit, Rabbit” immediately upon waking or greeting someone on the first day of the month is said to bring you good fortune for the rest of the month.  HERE is a link to an NPR article about the origin of this superstition, and there’s even a ‘Rabbit Rabbit Day’ Facebook page, complete with adorable rabbit images.  So now you know – share the good fortune, and let’s take a look back at April at pixels2Pages.

Surely the highlight of April 2014 was our Birthday Bash virtual crop, held last weekend in honor of our 4th birthday!  We had TONS of people cropping along with us and hundreds of pages were posted and scores of badges were earned.  If you missed the fun we had over the weekend, it’s not too late!  Because National Scrapbook Day is coming up this Saturday, 3 May 2014, we have decided to leave all of the crop goodies up until then, and you can still earn enough badges to score a coupon good at the Panstoria Print Shop.  If you’ve already earned your ten badges and reported them to us, please be patient.  We will be sending out the coupons on the weekend.  One of the best things about the weekend, not counting all of your fantastic pages, was the donation of a free sampler kit, “Nature’s Sketchbook Art{full} Spring” by featured designer Michelle Shefveland of Cottage Arts.  If you haven’t downloaded it already, don’t miss your chance!

Other big news in April included the launch of our very own pixels2Pages Affiliate Program!  If you’re a pixels2Pages member who has friends, family, or customers who may be interested in learning how to use Artisan, Historian, myStory Designer, StoryBook Creator, and/or Memory Manager and who are not already p2P members, we encourage you to partner with us to spread the word about pixels2Pages.  For all of your referrals who purchase a new membership, we will pay you a commission for closing those sales.  The link to our affiliate program is on the right side of most of our web pages, right at the top of the first tab section.

Without further ado, here is what was posted on our website in April – and Happy May Day!
