Mary's Blog Header New

Almost 6 years ago I found myself excited, impatient, apprehensive and joyful all at the same time.  I remember my daughter having to go to the hospital 6 weeks early because of complications in her pregnancy.  Her first child was going to be delivered at any time. Her husband was deployed overseas. At the same time I sat in her room listening to our grandson’s heart beat on the monitor I was anxiously helping my unbelievably talented and gifted partners get us ready  to give birth to pixels2Pages! Just like my grandson pixels2Pages had to develop a bit before it was ready to go.  Unlike my grandson who made his appearance 6 weeks early pixels2Pages was right on time.  My grandson had a few health issues at first and was in the NICU for 10 days but has grown and caught up in every way.  Two  years later, close to the same dates, my adorable and sweet granddaughter was born.  These children tug so hard at my heart strings.  pixels2Pages does the same thing.  Not necessarily in the same way but p2P, much like a child growing, has been “birthed” and has grown.  We’ve matured past baby and toddler days, we’ve adjusted and learned and unlike my grandson are a “mature” business now.  Like kids we’ve learned what’s good for us and for others even though it was sometimes the hard way. (Remember the fence?)

We’re approaching our 6th year as a dynamic company. Our goal was to have fun and help others and as a team teach you about the incredible software that was available that makes celebrating lives and memories a fun and enjoyable part of our lives. Now coming up is the birth of another grandson, due right around our birthday!  Sure makes dates easy to remember!   Like my soon to be new grandson, p2P will grow, continue to grow and continue to strive to be the best we can be for you to keep to our goal of helping others. We’re growing  and maturing more as we continue to walk beside Forever and learn about all the new, convenient and exciting ways to preserve our memories.  p2P has come a long way and grown since our birth!

As I wait again for the possible early birth and blessing of another sweet grandchild I also continue to enjoy the interaction we have with you, our peeps.  The suggestions and ideas and beautiful pages you share with us make me realize that I am hugely blessed.  My partners (and friends) are amazing to say the least.  They’re always there no matter what.  They’re there for you and we’re here for each other.

I hope I can pass that attitude to my grandchildren.  That Nana will always be available should they ever need anything and that helping others is the most important thing you can do.

Thank you for sharing this with all of us. We have watched you from almost the beginning. I am so pleased to see how you have grown into a mature business instead of being doomed to failure when Creative Memories digital died. Your success has been in your passion for your product and your fans (us).

It’s hard to believe it has almost been 6 years. I think we have all seen the stages of growth along the way as well. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for all of us. Happy almost birthday to your new grandson and p2P!

This is very exciting news for the Browder family! Nana Mary, God blessed you with so many wonderful talents and all of your “grandchildren” (including p2P) reap the benefits of those talents. I start each and every morning with logging into p2P and learning something new and different about this special form of preserving our memories. Your enthusiasm is contagious, and I thank you and the other Pixies for starting this company and sharing your knowledge with the rest of us. Of course, meeting you and the other Pixies has made this journey of knowledge so very special to me.
