Last month I shared how I was preparing and organizing for my Baltic Cruise pictures. Well I’m back and almost ready to work on the book. I’m waiting for the pictures from the friends we traveled with and then I’m good to go. The countries we visited were stunning. Sights previously only seen in books were now right in front of my eyes. We saw churches and palaces. We touched the Berlin Wall and checked in at “Check Point Charlie”. We were blessed to see family in Finland we had not seen for a while and enjoyed a traditional Finnish meal with them. My niece and nephew are so grown up and now terrific adults! We traveled on canals, by bus and by train. We walked 5-7 miles every day. We enjoyed spending time with friends who don’t live near us and were blessed by their company. My favorite pictures as we traveled were added to my Forever account immediately for safe keeping. I encourage you if you haven’t purchased an account from Forever to do so. It brings great peace of mind. Each day as we explored 7 different foreign countries I went back to the ship and downloaded them into Historian into the tag I had already set up for them. It took about 10 minutes of my day.
As soon as our friends’ pictures are sent to me I’m ready to scrapbook our fantastic adventure. A little preparation ahead of time has paid off. Now that I’m back in the “real” world with other demands like work, family, chores and errands that life brings upon us all, I don’t have to spend time organizing, That also means no excuses for not getting this project done. Below is a tiny glimpse at our adventure that I’ll share as I go!
