I have had such a great start to my Holiday Fun!  I just spent a week with my mom, mixing in a little bit of work and a few vacation days.  I am at a stage of life that my kids are young adults.  This gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule.  Adding to my flexibility is being able to take my work with me.

I feel so blessed that I can spend time with my mom!  Both my mom and I love crafting.  My mom makes beautiful cards, sews, and uses her Cricut to just name a few of her talents.  Besides loving to digital scrapbook, I love to craft with my Cricut too.  Being able to craft alongside my mom for a week is so much fun.  Of course this week provides for some photos of our time together. More photos for my Forever storage and more pages depicting the relationship of a mother and daughter.

On our last day together, we went to Duarte Nursery.  They are a nursery that is known for Poinsettias.  When you walk in, there are Poinsettias as far as the eye can see.  They grow over 60,000 Poinsettias, with over 30 varieties.  Each color variety is stunning!  It was a visual feast for the eyes – a sea of Poinsettias.
