Is there a way to upload them as double-page spreads straight to Forever (instead of 2 separate files) without saving them to computer and then uploading them?
No, you have to save the pages separately into FOREVER. If you put your project into two page view and take a screen snip, you could save the screen snip in FOREVER.

Where is the Options now for viewing? I don’t see it in my A5.
This video was recorded in Artisan 5. Option are on the View Ribbon and become active once you choose a spread.If you don’t see these options, then you might have a page instead of a project open.
