A. The log in area on the pixels2Pages website is on the right hand side of the webpage.

Enter your p2P Membership user name and password. If you lose your password, there is a handy “lost your password” button to click, and you will be able to reset the password at any time.  To log out, simply click the ‘log out’ link under ‘Membership details’.

To check your membership details, click on “More” in the tabbed section on the right side of the page, and choose Edit My Profile.

If you are unable to log in, and you are certain that you are using the correct user name and password, we have several suggestions:

  • Make sure your anti-viral software and/or firewall is not blocking your access to our website
  • Clear your cache (click HERE if you don’t know how to do that)
  • Reboot your computer
  • Try logging in from a different web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer)
  • Try logging in from another computer or device (smart phone, iPad, etc.)

After 10 unsuccessful attempts to log in, you will be locked out of the site for one hour.  Please contact us at info@pixels2Pages.net BEFORE that happens!  NOTE: If you are at a retreat, everyone there is using the same IP address and everyone will be locked out if one person is.
