When Artisan detects a software error, you will often see a message similar to this one.


To report the error to Forever, you need to do the following:

  1. Click on “Send report to Support”
  2. At the same time send an email to support@forever.com. In the email you must include your name, contact details, and your Artisan Product Key. You should also include a description of what you were trying to do when the error message appeared. Include as much information as you can. Screenshots are helpful, if you have them.
